CSFs and individual issues can be analyzed by any demographic (or combination of demographic) groups.
In the chart to the right, an issue has been selected (highlighted in the top part of the chart). To the right are columns indicating the average of Importance (GREEN), Satisfaction (RED), and Sufficiency (Magenta) and the total number of respondents that responded to the issue in the Group (highlighted in the tree structure to the left bottom half).
The Groups are listed with their number of respondents in parenthesis in the Series Analysis Area with the title “Groups.” The Goup selected for analysis is highlighted.
The horizontal bar graphs in the quadrants represent all the individual responses to the selected issue for the selected Group.
Numerical Value & Response:

83 = Very Satisfied/Important

By clicking on the "book" icon in the upper left of each quadrant chart, another view is activated. For the bar graphs, a column chart is shown that gives the number of respondents that selected each of the 7 levels (shown in the box above) and what the percentage of responses that represents. For the radar chart in the bottom left, it is expanded to full screen.
The Y-axis shows the number of responsents. The X-axis shows the response level from low (left) to high (right) selected during the electronic interview.
The radar chart in the bottom left quadrant shows the responses to the selected issue for ALL the groups. The groups are listed around the outside of the wheel.
