The Perception Analysis Methodology (PAM), a proprietary process methodology and software suite, provides a means for accurately determining the opinions, views, beliefs, and convictions of ALL interested and/or involved parties (stakeholders) regarding virtually any program, product utilization, operation or service.
PAM utilizes confidential electronic interviews via web based servers to gather the perceptions of respondents with regard to their feelings of importance and their satisfaction with specific Issues. PAM populates a Knowledge Bank with the perceptions and beliefs of key stakeholders regarding the Issues critical to a particular enterprise program or situation. These Issues are classified within the Knowledge Bank and organized under Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
The Knowledge Bank Explorer (KBE) Software Suite provides an interactive analysis capability for identifying problems, clarifying success barriers, developing effective solutions, and validating action plans.
